Descripcion: Recetas Dorris Ambrosia 1 small pkg. instant pistachio pudding 1 (16oz.) can chunky pineapple 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 cup shredded coconut 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans 12 to 16 ounces of nondairy whipped topping 1 cup miniature marshmallows In a large bowl, mix both cans of pineapple (juice included) and sprinkle the pudding on top. Let set for about 3 minutes. Mix the nuts and coconut and using a large spoon, blend into the mixture. Slowly mix in the whipped topping and marshmallows. This mixture to be chilled for at least 2 hours before serving.
