Descripcion: Recetas Dorris Ambrosia1 small pkg. instant pistachio pudding1 (16oz.) can chunky pineapple1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple1 cup shredded coconut1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans12 to 16 ounces of nondairy whipped topping1 cup miniature marshmallowsIn a large bowl, mix both cans of pineapple (juiceincluded) and sprinkle the pudding on top. Let setfor about 3 minutes. Mix the nuts and coconut andusing a large spoon, blend into the mixture. Slowlymix in the whipped topping and marshmallows. Thismixture to be chilled for at least 2 hours beforeserving.
